The Kunshan Zhongyi Industrial Automation High-End Manufacturing and Retail Industrial Park, located in Huaqiao Town, Kunshan City, Jiangsu, is a landmark project jointly constructed by Shengxin Construction Group Co., Ltd. and GOWE Group. The project commenced in September 2022 and was completed in August 2023, spanning 11 months.
With a site area of 560,000 square meters and a construction area of 1.26 million square meters, the project represents a total investment of 35 billion RMB. The construction volume reached 2.7 million cubic meters, showcasing the scale and complexity of this endeavor.
Upon completion, the industrial park will attract high-end manufacturing enterprises from Europe, the United States, Japan, and domestic markets, fostering a comprehensive upstream and downstream industrial chain. This initiative aims to centralize industrial operations, drive regional economic growth, and create significant employment opportunities.
