Introduction
TIANJIN, China – August 31, 2025 – On the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit in Tianjin, Mr. Tumanbayev, Chief of Staff to the President of Kyrgyzstan, led a high-level delegation to visit GOWE Group, a global leader in intelligent scaffolding systems, aluminum formwork, and green building materials. The visit marked a key step in strengthening bilateral cooperation in construction technology and industrial development.
The delegation included Mr. Toktobek, Director General of the Protocol Department, Mr. Bak, Director of the Protocol Division, Mr. Azat Shananov, National Technical Advisor, and Mr. Zhansultan Sharipbekov. They were warmly welcomed by Mr. Zaiming Zhou, Vice Chairman of the District CPPCC and Director of the Bureau of Commerce, along with Mr. Martin Yun, Vice President of GOWE Group and General Manager of the Overseas Business Division, and the company’s management team.
Showcasing Advanced Manufacturing Strength
At 13:30, the delegation visited GOWE Industrial Manufacturing Base. Guided by Vice President Yun, the delegation toured production workshops and explored the company’s capabilities in ship supporting equipment, nuclear power facility components, and precision metal processing. The delegation expressed strong interest in GOWE’s advanced engineering, strict quality control, and innovative solutions in intelligent scaffolding and construction technology.
Later at 14:00, the delegation continued to GOWE’s Tianjin factory, where they observed automated production lines for laminated plywood beams and square column steel formwork. This visit provided first-hand insight into GOWE’s expertise in smart formwork systems, modern scaffolding technology, and green building materials.

Strengthening Cooperation in Construction Technology
The visit concluded with a cooperation meeting at GOWE’s Investment Promotion Center. Mr. Yun presented GOWE’s global business strategy, covering industrial park development, green construction solutions, and intelligent equipment manufacturing. Both sides discussed opportunities for collaboration in heavy equipment, scaffolding systems, and innovative building materials, reaching preliminary agreements on multiple projects.

The discussions concluded at 16:30 with positive outcomes. The Kyrgyz delegation praised GOWE Group’s professionalism and leadership in construction technology.
