The Haitian South China Headquarters (Phase II) project, located in Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, is a significant development jointly undertaken by Dajian Construction Group Co., Ltd. and GOWE Group. The project commenced in March 2022 and is currently under construction.
With a total investment of nearly 10 billion RMB, the Haitian South China Headquarters base spans approximately 461 acres in its first phase. The construction volume has reached 1.506 million cubic meters, reflecting the project’s scale and complexity.
The first phase, with an investment of 5 billion RMB, covers a planned construction area of over 390,000 square meters. The project aims to establish a world-class industrial base led by global industry leaders, integrating an eco-friendly industrial chain. This initiative will position the Haitian South China Headquarters as a hub for innovation and economic growth in the region.
