Ximai Greater Bay Area Fashion Supply Chain Hub, located in Heshan City, Guangdong Province, is a transformative project jointly developed by Shanghai Boli Construction Engineering Labor Co., Ltd. and GOWE Group. The project commenced in August 2022 and was completed in December 2022, showcasing remarkable efficiency and precision.
Spanning 180 acres with a total investment of approximately 1.1 billion RMB, the project features a construction area of 160,000 square meters and a total construction volume of 680,000 cubic meters. Key facilities include a fashion brand e-commerce center, a Heshan footwear exhibition, and trading center, a Heshan umbrella and canopy exhibition and trading center, a Greater Bay Area apparel brand supply chain and settlement center, and a vehicle-free carrier and regional transportation platform.
This state-of-the-art hub is designed to strengthen the fashion supply chain ecosystem in the Greater Bay Area, fostering innovation, trade, and economic growth. The project aims to position Heshan as a key logistics and trade hub in the region by integrating multiple industry functions.
