    • Industry Support Systems: In collaboration with industry associations, GOWE is championing the creation of professional talent platforms and technical seminars. We are also advocating for a rigorous Credit Rating System and unified business standards to protect the interests of compliant, high-quality enterprises.

    The shifting landscape of the Chinese real estate market has prompted GOWE to proactively adjust its traditional business lines. Our future-ready strategy is built on four key pillars:
    1. “De-real Estate” Strategy: We are successfully transitioning our core business from residential to public infrastructure and large-scale public construction projects.
    2. High-End Equipment Innovation: GOWE is investing heavily in specialized machinery, including bridge-building machines and demolition robots.
    3. Technical Milestone: GOWE recently provided the integrated design and construction services for China’s first nuclear power plant building machine, setting a new benchmark for safety and engineering precision.
    4. Urban Renewal: Developing targeted products and solutions for the modernization and renovation of existing urban environments.
    5. Overseas Deep-Cultivation: Our international expansion is no longer just about sales; it is about the “Integrated Solution” model, deeply rooted in local markets to provide end-to-end service globally.
