The Goodman Huiyang Industrial Park Phase 3.1 and 3.2, located in Huiyang Economic Development Zone, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, is a landmark project jointly constructed by Nantong No. 4 Construction Group Co., Ltd. and Gowe Group. The project commenced in May 2020 and was completed in August 2021, showcasing exceptional efficiency and quality.
The industrial park’s total construction and installation cost was approximately 1.258 billion RMB. It spans 410,000 square meters and features a total construction area of 435,000 square meters. It comprises 14 warehouses and supporting facilities, including 8 single-story and 6 three-story warehouses. The total construction volume reached 590,000 cubic meters.
